The Role

In the role of Business Development Manager you will be servicing Greater Gippsland region and South Eastern outer suburbs. You would be part of a tight knit, successful team who work together to create customers for life by enhancing the customer user experience, creating customer growth and supporting our VAP (Value Added Product) brands to achieve the company vision.



This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and drive significant sales growth with high value customer groups. You would partner closely with these key customers to understand and support their business through the value of the Viadux product and service offerings. You would also develop new business opportunities through presentations, proposals and tenders.



Key responsibilities:

  • Building strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business.
  • Supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise;
  • Supporting customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics
  • Achieving agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.



About You

  • Previous sales or key account management experience, particularly within the construction/development/water industries is desirable but essential
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Sound computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products
