The Opportunity

Integrate AV has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Education Technology Sales Consultant to coordinate the Integrate AV's Canberra office Education Department.  Reporting to the National Education Manager, the role will encompass you developing and managing a portfolio to actively promote, market and support the company range of products through the Education Market. This will involve creating the need, qualifying opportunities, demonstrating the products and supporting the implementation and training of products.

Responsibilities

·         Developing and managing a portfolio to achieve the desired business aims

·         Establishing internal/ external relationships with key stakeholders to further the success of specific projects/portfolios, including assisting other education consultants

·         Managing customer territory by actioning customer enquiries and achieving agreed business aims as outlined in the provided quotation or customer proposal

·         Maintaining and updating computer-based client/prospect database

·         Identifying and developing new business by actively marketing products at trade shows, product releases and general customer courtesy

·         Understanding customers' specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs

·         Organising and promoting training opportunities (User groups, Online Training, Paid Training) to meet the customer needs

·         Monitoring all customer projects to ensure all stages of the project cycle are completed including delivery and implementation

·         Keeping abreast of the demands of the Education market, in respect to software and hardware systems

·         Managing and training education consultants

·         Planning and implementing education roadmaps

Requirements

·         A proven track record of education sales and operational excellence

·         Proven teaching experience and understanding of ICT in Education

·         The ability to interact with schools, providing the training to ensure proficient use and integration of technology into the classroom

·         Experience managing and inspiring staff to provide exceptional service

·         A well-developed knowledge of the company products

·         Competent computer literacy and business skills

·         Well organised and professional, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

·         Financial knowledge and aptitude.

·         Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to read and understand the customer's needs.

·         Communication skills; oral, written and telephone.  

·         Personal management of attitude, perseverance and drive.

·         Knowledge of interactive displays

·         Understanding of business culture and organisation

·         Customer Sales skills /Territory management
