About the Role:

This is a sales role, if you come from a sales background you will have the skills and experience to be very successful, the rest we can teach you. Preferred exp in Jewellery, Real Estate, Car sales, Kitchen, Lighting, Caravan/boat sales. flooring and carpets will help you understand the culture.

Showroom Sales Consultants are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for the customers that trust Nick Scali to give them the highest level of customer service. Your day will be filled with customer engagement and giving second to none product knowledge so each customer is confident they are buying the best possible product for their needs.

You will be following up on after sales care and chasing leads from online enquiries to bring in new sales and long term customers.

Also as part of your role you will assist the management team in maintaining the immaculate showroom, provide a clean and safe working environment and any ad hoc tasks required to keep your store amazing.

• Can prove you have a flair for sales, a competitive nature and can chase budgets and targets and KPIs

• Are a great communicator, a good listener and a persuasive sales closer
• Can work through problems quickly and thoroughly under pressure
• Able to work autonomously but also take on feedback and direction without difficultly
• Can accurately write up orders and understand detailed coded stock items
• Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
• Have a strong desire to maximise your earning potential
• Are able to work a Saturday and Sunday and enjoy time off during the week.
