ACRWORLD are extremely excited to be working with yet another powerhouse Architecture practice who are on the look out of a HR Coordinator / Manager to hit the ground running by bringing in new ideas and really establishing the role. This firm is all about a collaborative company culture, especially in this busy HR team as it is a very close tight knit team who are extremely hard working. 

Your Day to Day: 

You will play an active part in contributing to the people strategy, designing and implementing programs that align with the commercial interests of the organisation and its people. You will undertake performance management processes as needed with the goal of driving employee performance, engagement and culture. 
  • Managing end to end recruitment
  • Managing the onboarding and induction process
  • Identifying and developing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing timely and professional advice to senior managers and staff in relation to all HR, industrial and employee relations matters
  • Coordinating the performance management system to help drive high performance
  • Supporting senior managers with workforce planning and change management
  • HR administration
You’ll Need 
We would love to talk to candidates who have 4-5 years experience working withing a HR Generalist position looking to jump into an exciting and fun business. The ideal candidate will need to come from an architecture practice and or design & construct background as it is essential for this position. 
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
  • 5-8 years plus experience in architecture or design & construct  
  • Ability to exercise judgment under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and desire to succeed
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Initiative & maturity 
  • Positive work approach
