Our client is dedicated to providing the best possible care in their hospitals, clinics, nurseries, aged care homes and the broader community. This organisation is focused on carrying out pioneering research across a range of clinical areas to improve the delivery of care and support for people in need.  Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Learning & Culture, this senior human resource appointment is a maternity leave position for a period of twelve months.

The key purpose of the role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the HR Services function/ team, HR systems and reporting.  This includes process improvement and implementation of systems to deliver business outcomes aligned with strategic direction.  Your role will require you to oversee and project manage the implementation of new HR technology, and functionality improvements for existing technology ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards and HR relevant guidelines.
 
This opportunity requires a resilient, self-driven leader, who can quickly identify relevant gaps for the purpose of driving change, facilitating roll-out and post-implementation trouble shooting.
