Drake International is looking for a Temp HR/Quality Officer for one of our clients located in Burleigh. Our client is the parent company to a growing number of well-respected health and disability service providers across Australia. They deliver a range of assistance services in the areas of disability, senior and respite care. The client is looking for someone to perform tasks in relation to the alignment of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- The integration of all Policies across the network of 4 x companies into one suite;
- The integration of generic Procedures across the network of 4 x companies;
- The review of an additional company’s policy suite; and align with organisation, creating additional if required; and
- Administrative update of headers / footers
Requirements
- Knowledge of policies
- Relevant previous experience in aligning policies
- Excellent administration skills
- Analytical
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
What’s on offer
- Immediate start
- Work assignment of approximately 1 till 2 weeks (1 or 2 days in Tweed Heads for a handover of tasks, the remaining time will be in the Burleigh office)
- Working hours Monday till Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm
