An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager for Diversity and Inclusion to join this large complex public sector organisation. This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to design, implement and execute the D&I strategy for the business, playing a key role in driving major change and transformation.
Leading a small team you will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to drive and implement contemporary programs focused on diversity and inclusion . You will be an expert in this field and partner with the business to provide advice on current research and trends, legislative commitments and innovative strategies to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
