The role

• A brand-new role ready for someone to make their mark
• Working within an Organisational Capability and Performance Branch
• Reporting directly the Assistant Director Capability and Performance
• The major focus of the role is on learning and development analysis and design both in-house and out-sourced
• The role will play a key role in the focus on leadership growth

Your Duties

• Assist with the analysis, design and development, implementation and evaluation of engaging, results oriented learning solutions
• Liaise with external provides to ensure consistency, high quality product deliverables
• Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of learning solutions to ensure programs are impactful, strengthen business practices, and improve culture and performance
• Support the maintenance of the learning management system (LMS)
• Identify opportunities to leverage on technology to drive performance improvements (such as LMS, Intranet etc)
• Ensure all instructional design outputs meet accessibility standards

Your Expertise

• You will have experience in L&DS Instructional design (not just delivery)
• You will have experience win working with 70:20:10 methodology
• You will have experience in the leadership space
• Knowledge and experience in e-learning is desirable but not essential
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to empathise and relate to people
• Understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals
• IT systems literacy, with advanced proficiency required in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word)
• Design system literacy with proficiency in e-Learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate) and Adobe Creative
