The perfect opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious HR Coordinator/Assistant who is looking for more exposure to a generalist HR role with increased advisory responsibility.
Working as part of a broader HR team and reporting into a Head of HR, you will be responsible for all HR related activity for Director level and below. Acting as the first point of contact for all employee queries, you will responsible for advising around ER, performance and team management. You will also have full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process within the organisation, managing everything from sourcing candidates through to the offer negotiation process.
In order to be considered for this role, you must:
  • Have previous experience in an HR focused role, supporting managers in a generalist capacity
  • Be a competent recruiter and enjoy this element of the role
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management experience and be comfortable advising at all levels
  • Have ideally worked within a professional services environment previously
