The Opportunity:
We are keen to offer an exceptional opportunity to an ambitious Assessment Consultant and Registered Psychologist who is keen to progress their career within the Assessment, Development and Leadership space. You will be exposed to some of Australia's most successful corporate companies and Senior Leadership teams as well as a broad range of assessment and development projects. 

As a Senior Assessment and Capability Consultant your core responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and executing the end-to-end assessment process, resulting in the provision of psychometric assessments for client assessment and development programs
  • Analysing and interpreting psychometric assessments
  • Advising clients on best practice use of assessment
  • Providing written reports based on interpretation of psychometric results
  • Undertaking candidate and client feedbacks     
  • Account management activity
  • Ensuring consistent and high quality execution to meet service level agreements and quality expectations for clients and candidates
  • Supporting client reporting, proposal writing and other projects that relate to the assessment area
  • Assessment Centre design
  • Working with the broader business on competency design, job profiles, surveys and reporting
  • The role will also support with observations in the leadership development practice

You will be:

  • A registered psychologist with 2-3 years exposure to assessment administration and interpreation. 
  • Ideally you will be accredited and have knowledge across psychometric tools, such as SHL and Saville.
  • Confident, energetic and proactive in your approach
  • Highly engaging and able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Focused on quality execution
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet and solve problems
