Our WA office is in South Perth, with a brand-new state of the art fit out, amazing views overlooking the Swan River and a team of high achievers known for our specialisations in Engineering and Technical Recruitment. We work across vertical market sectors within Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing/Industrial, Rail and Transport & Logistics and offer one of the very best rewarding commission structures in town.
 
We are now looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk in our busy Perth office! 

About the Role
With proven contract experience across one or more of the above industry sectors, you will already know the requirements of 360-degree recruitment role and be able to use your existing experience to effectively manage and develop your own desk.  You will be able to work with a high level of autonomy with the drive to exceed targets and have a desire to grow with the company in this exciting phase of expansion.
 
You will be required to consistently maintain our CRM software, and keep all records up to date with any client or candidate communication. The role will draw on all the core competencies that make a successful consultant and will suit an individual who is looking for an exciting opportunity within a boutique agency, yet one with an international presence & the appetite to grow further into Asia Pacific.

Duties

• Account Management - Excellent long standing clients
• New business development – Blue & White collar opportunities
• Calculating pay / charge rates in line with client requirements
• Advertising & marketing
• Closing deals & negotiating
• Lead Generation & cold calling
• Relationship & customer account development
• Visiting client sites

Skills & Experience

• Be proactive in your approach - what makes you stand out from the crowd?
• Previous agency experience within a blue, white, or experience in both
• Ambitious in being the best at what you do and have experience in working towards targets
• Being able to identify opportunities to market your product into clients via B2B sales
• Be able to confidently present yourself and your business offering to clients
• Demonstrate the ability to solution sell - identify a problem and a way to solve it
