A not for profit organisation supporting the community.

Your new role
A generalist Human Resources support role handling anything from the likes of recruitment and on-boarding (including preparation of documentation), updating HRIS and employee records, providing advice and guidance where possible in relation to legislation, policies and procedures, as well as ad-hoc duties as and where required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR Administration experience is a must, as well as a flexible and can do attitude and a willingness to support the team during this busy time. You will be analytical and methodical, have exceptional communication skills and have a meticulous approach to your work, as well as a strong command of IT systems and management tools.

What you'll get in return
A 4 week contract with the potential to extend for an additional 4 weeks to support the organisation on a further project.
