This large listed business are on a journey of continued improvement. With ongoing growth expected, along with business acquisitions, they are looking to increase the size of their HR team in line with this.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work as part of a growing HR team, with a focus on a newly acquired part of the business as well as the ICT portfolio. You will work with this new client group to help integrate them into the larger organisation and continue to support the ICT area. This will include:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Giving advice on HR challenges including award interpretation and case management.
- Coaching managers through ER and performance reviews.
- Answering queries related to HR practice.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar HR Advisor level role, having detailed experience in contemporary Employee Relations. You will have worked on policy development and be confident in building relationships. You will be comfortable in a fast paced, commercial business where change is rapid.
