Our client is a leading Austrlain Technology Consulting business that also owns three very well-known and respected IT and digital recruitment companies across the country. The Talent Acquisition, Retention and Brand Partner role is a multi-faceted position which works across all three companies.
The main duties of the role are to attract talent to the businesses via online, digital marketing and direct recruitment such as head hunting. Also engaging with tertiary educational organisations and building relationships with key businesses and people in that space to drive junior acquisition.
Coupled with this, a key element to the role will be the development and execution of a formalised retention strategy for all staff across the businesses that will include various HR functions, branding and events.

Accountabilities
Internal Recruitment
- - Building a pipeline and a market map of suitable talent
- - Producing suitable candidate pipeline to enable 10-15 hires per year via:
- o Headhunting
- o Advertising
- o Marketing
- - On boarding and the induction process of recruitment consultants, technical staff and contractors
Human Resources
- - Creation of a feedback process and framework to improve feedback and retention
- - Creation of a retention strategy
- - Staff reviews
- - Assisting in the creation of a rewards program for staff
- - Exit interviews
- - Disciplinary processes
- - Creation and facilitation of a CSR program
Brand Development and Events
- - Improving the awareness and reputation of the companies brands internally and externally
- - Driving the existing company meetups and help develop more
- - Establishment of a graduate awareness program with Australian Universities and the Australian Computer Society
Online
- - Improving content on the brands website (showing company culture)
- - Improving and managing content creation on social media
- - Working with LinkedIn, the Social Media Manager and external content writers to drive social media engagement to assist staff acquisition
Contractor and Consultant Care
- - Creating internal brand loyalty across new existing contractors in the businesses
- - Regularly keeping in touch and continually building a good brand relationship with the contractors
- - Assisting with any trouble shooting
Technical Skills Required
- - Best in class written and verbal communication
- - Ability to work with Senior Managers, Directors and CEO’s
- - A high level of presentation skills
- - Learning and understand of the CRM
- - Achieve a competent level in your email client, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
