Protech Group has an exciting full time opportunity for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant within its Springwood branch for a motivated and ambitious individual with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Engineering and Technical Recruitment.

About the role
This is an entry level role that will be working closely with the Business Development Manager to focus on the permanent and contract recruitment of professional roles for our clients across a range of sectors in including Heavy Industrial. We are looking for the up and coming superstar who brings passion and drive to the position where you will be well rewarded for your efforts.
About you
You are highly motivated and the type of person that is very outcome focussed and thrives on getting results. The prospect of working in a busy, fast-paced environment is right up your alley and you are proactive and flexible in your approach to maximising potential opportunities.
Your duties and abilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Advertising and attracting suitable candidates
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Conducting relevant training and induction processes
- Reverse marketing of candidates to client base
- Ability to follow company processes to ensure high quality selection
- Effective communication skills with clients and employees on all levels
- Attention to detail, especially within administration tasks
- High regard for promoting and ensuring a safe working environment
