HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator is needed for a National Professional Services organisation who are based in the heart of the CBD. You will work in a close-knit HR team and work across the full employee lifecycle, with a large percentage of your time dedicated to recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Graduate and lateral recruitment, end to end
Assisting with the onboarding & exit process
L&D
Assisting the team with performance management
HR reporting
Maintaining the HRIS & employee data
Looking after the HR inbox and responding to all enquiries
Communicating with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Working on HR projects where required

About you:

Degree qualified in HR or related subject
You will ideally have at least two years’ experience in an HR generalist role
Ideally a background in professional or financial services
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
A high degree of integrity and professionalism

Salary up to $70k + Super
