Senior HR Advisor job working for Australia Retail Business in Sydney.
Your new company
Large Australia Retail brand with over 30 stores and 1500 employees nationally, both blue and white collar. Working closely in a small and collaborative HR team in the Inner western Sydney area.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a Senior HR Advisor position with responsibility for the provision of HR services to both casual and permanent employees and management across Sydney, NSW and further afield. You will provide support in all areas of employee relations and performance management; L&D; award interpretation and WHS; HR administration and reporting. In addition you will be responsible for driving culture and engagement at store level, supporting managers and coaching employees. You will be based at the head office in inner Sydney and travel to other Sydney based sites to business partner with managers and employees, developing trusted relationships and coaching stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
As this is mixed blue and white collar workforce, you will have a strong background in ER, WHS and be seasoned in coaching on performance management and workplace issues. To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working in fast paced, larger organisations in a multi site environment. You will be hands on, pragmatic, adaptable and enjoy working with both blue and white collar workforces. Travel is expected to other sites in Sydney, so you will ideally have access to a car and enjoy working in different locations as and when required.
