business with a presence across the UK, Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand. The Partnership consists of Stirling Andersen - Insurance, Baker Andersen - Construction and Walker Andersen - Accountancy & Finance. 

The Role

Our Brisbane office is looking for a hard-working professional with a successful background in recruitment or sales. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to recruiting in one of the following areas Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Wealth Management, Construction or Engineering sectors. Established within the Brisbane market and continuously growing, The Andersen Partnership works with many ASX Listed businesses and some of the most regarded practices in Queensland. 

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;

• Managing and liaising with your own client portfolio
• Maintaining warm client relationships
• Executive level headhunting
• Sourcing talent
• Business development
• Ownership of your own professional development

About you

You will be working with a social and outgoing team of high achievers within a corporate environment. You will be someone who;

• Works well with Senior level and 'C suite' candidates
• Minimum 6 months experience in B2B Sales or Recruitment
• Enjoys the challenge of winning new business 
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is personable, vivacious & energetic
