About the role
This role is responsible for supporting the Team Lead People Services to enhance the overall end user experience and achieve HR operational excellence. This will be achieved through adhering to Service Level Agreements and completing HR Service reporting requirements. Complete HR Administrative tasks to ensure the business can meets its objectives. A first point of contact advisory role to the business to provide them insight on policy and HR processes. Work to improve and implement efficiencies within the People Service processes

Required Skills (Must Have)
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a People Services environment
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or another related field
- Sound knowledge in 1 of these People Services fields: Position Management & Policy Advice, FTE Lifecycle and Remuneration & Rewards, EW/TSA Lifecycle or Learning & Development
