The HR Shared Services Manager is instrumental in the success of the HR function ensuring the seamless service delivery to the matrix stakeholder group.
Reporting to the EGM of HR you will lead a team of 15 including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and L&D and will require a HR professional who can develop and drive a high performing, positive & collaborative team.
Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Strong people leadership, coaching & mentoring skills
- Business transformation experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Project management skills
- Process & design skills with the ability to create efficiencies
