  • Gym discounts and much more! The role works with senior leaders to provide coaching and guidance on all aspects of people strategy, people programs and their structures to ensure the embedding of Divisional and People and Culture strategies.Key Responsibilities
  • The role works with leaders to ensure the structural integrity of their areas and is the source of truth for the People and Culture team in terms of Divisional structure.
  • This role is required to act as an internal People and Culture Business Partner and effectively partner with senior business leaders and HR centres of excellence to implement people strategies, plans and processes in line with the organisational, Divisional and People and Culture strategies.

 

About the Role?

 

  • Influence and engage senior leaders in the strategy, goals and outcomes desired as well as the supporting business case for people programs and solutions
  • Establishes and develops high impact internal relationships with senior managers in designated Division/s in order to ensure the successful implementation of people strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to identify capability requirements, behaviour, structures and processes that progress Divisional and organisational strategies
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support on high level ER/IR issues as required
  • Assist leaders with the implementation of people strategies and processes
  • Understands the People and Culture operating cycle and partners with executives and leaders to ensure that the outcomes of the cycle are effective and line with Divisional strategies
  • Partner with leaders to ensure key strategic People and Culture priorities are driven and embedded in relevant divisions including Diversity and inclusion, leadership, talent and succession, leader and employee capability
  • WHS-ensuring a strategic focus and commitment to WHS in relevant Division/s
  • Consult with the business on all structural and position changes to ensure the integrity of the structure is maintained in line with business strategy and costs, and diversity, legal and people impacts are taken into account
  • Be the point of truth internally for the People and Culture division on all structural and position changes within the business
  • Ensure role clarity through working with Divisions to ensure clear position descriptions and competencies for all positions
  • Collate and provide regular dashboards to the business on key people metrics such as annual leave liability, FTE, headcount, diversity, turnover, WHS, etc.

 

About you?  

 

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

 

  • At least 5 years of solid generalist HR experience, including solid experience as a People and Culture Business Partner
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
  • Experience implementing people strategies with proven results
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust and commitment
