Supporting a diverse client group you will partner with the leadership team to provide HR solutions with regards to recruitment, retention, performance development and employee relations. A key component of the role will be in coaching managers to further enhance their own people leadership capability whilst driving HR initiatives across the division and broader organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate a generalist skill set combined with well-developed competencies in coaching, influencing and negotiating successful outcomes. With an ability to effectively manage projects whilst also building cooperative relationships across the organisation, you will relish the chance to play a key role in achieving the business objectives through improved people solutions. Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are essential.
