The role

Reporting into and forming a strong partnership with the HRBP Pharmaceuticals, this role will perform the full scope of HR duties from tactical to strategic, across the whole Pharmaceuticals division. This will include the provision of state of the art, proactive and efficient HR Business Partner planning and support.

The candidate

You are a true HR professional, driven, hard-working and above all passionate about achieving measurable outcomes for our people, and contributing to our strong business performance.

You will be a tertiary qualitied HR professional with a minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced successful business. Experience with multi-national organisations will be highly regarded, while industry experience in sales, health or pharmaceuticals industries will be valued though is not essential.
Through your experience you will possess a track record of successfully consulting to and challenging senior organizational stakeholders. You will be comfortable independently managing issues across ER, change, coaching, comp and ben, talent acquisition and L&D.
