The Position:
We are seeking an injury management specialist to join our team and actively support us in effective operation of Self Insurance and WHS processes across the organisation. You will have direct and ongoing involvement with workers compensation claims, using a “hands on” approach to achieve optimal outcomes for both the worker and the organisation. Using your WHS expertise you will coordinate and facilitate project activities that help to proactively promote injury prevention, early intervention and a WHS culture.

You must be an organised and self-motivated individual who is always up for a challenge. Use your imagination, knowledge and experience to look beyond today and steer our future practices in the right direction. Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications in Work, Health and Safety; Injury Management; Project Management and/or Human Resources (desirable)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of service provision, strategy, policies and practice relating to Work Health and Safety and Injury Management in Self Insured organisations
• Demonstrated drive, initiative and ability to positively adjust to changing requirements and situations
• Ability to actively collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
