HR Partners are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on a warm desk for their Melbourne CBD offices. With a well-established client and candidate base, this desk yields high fees and is a key factor to the HR Partner teams continued growth and success. You will be surrounded by true experts in their field, and working with a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 corporates to SME’s and established preferred suppliers

In your new role you will be involved in end to end recruitment of generalist and specialist human resources roles, proactively sourcing of the best HR talent You will enjoy working with a highly experienced management team and colleagues who are passionate about HR recruitment and believe in the importance of candidate care and specialist brand.

As part of your new role you will undertake a fully structured induction and training program including e-learning, workshops, peer mentoring and on-the-job coaching. You will be supported every step of the way to give you every opportunity to develop yourself and to be successful in your career. You will also become part of the HR community and attend regular networking events for your own development and candidate pipelining opportunity.

About you

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Melbourne market, and ideally (but not necessarily) in Human Resources. You might see this as a career development transition into a senior position or you are currently working in a similar level role. You will be ambitious, confident, resilient and career-driven. Superior communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential and you will be a credible, engaging team player.
