Any busy organisation needs timely and careful HR advice and service to operate efficiently and this part time (0.5) six month fixed term contract position is your opportunity to help provide this to our business. Drawing on your demonstrated generalist HR and IR experience, you will participate in end to end HR processes including recruitment, change of conditions, immigration, transfers and exits. You will be an integral member of the advisory team, and form part of our new HR Service Model, by being the first point of contact for all general HR inquiries via phone and email and using your honed customer service focus will mean you will respond to these enquiries quickly and effectively. You will work as part of a co-ordinated HR team to help improve performance management, participate in investigations to resolve workplace issues and help develop and implement a variety of HR-related policies.
