The Role

Interpret and apply National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work Act
Interpretation of State based legislation across Workers' Compensation and LSL
Advice on performance management, redundancy, terminations, disciplinary processes and ill & injured workers

The Person

HR/IR experience
Ability to understand and interpret legislation
Proven customer service experience in contact centre
Complex problem-solving skills
