Our client is a large government organisation based in Ashfield who are looking for an experienced e-learning Instructional Designer on a short term 3 month contract. The e-learning Instructional Designer is required to design and develop e-learning activities and course content that enhances retention and transfer while working with subject matter experts to identify the audience's training needs.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Proven working experience in instructional designer and with instructional technology.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Current knowledge and experience in using Articulate Storyline.
• Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
• Experience in developing process and systems eLearning content
• Experience using LMS systems
• Ability to identify instructional end goals and create content to match them.
• Ability to apply tested ID theories, practice and methods.
• Ability to design exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Ability to create supporting material such as simulations, role plays, quizzes, audio etc.
• Ability to develop criteria used to judge a learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Ability to develp project plans and maintains project documentation.

Qualification: In Instructional design, on-line learning or similar
