Based in Sydney's South West, our client is a market leading industrial company with more than 10,000 state-of-the-art products under their name. They are looking for an experienced high calibre professional to join their supportive and friendly culture.

Description

Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Actively involved in recruitment of all new hiring requirements.
  • Maintain general HR admin support
  • Assist in staff training and performance reviews
  • Maintain awareness of award and legislation and information
  • Manage WHS processes

Profile

To be successful in your application for this opportunity you will have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Chinese and English
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Be proactive and use your initiative
