Description
Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
- Actively involved in recruitment of all new hiring requirements.
- Maintain general HR admin support
- Assist in staff training and performance reviews
- Maintain awareness of award and legislation and information
- Manage WHS processes
Profile
To be successful in your application for this opportunity you will have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication in Chinese and English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Be proactive and use your initiative
