About the opportunity

Due to continuous demand from the organisation, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our friendly and bubbly recruitment team located at our head office in Sydney CBD.

Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering and consulting with hiring managers to deliver a proactive and seamless recruitment services experience within the corporate portfolio. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers
  • High level proactive sourcing and headhunting, utilising various technologies including social media

About you


You are an exceptional team player with a high level of energy and enthusiasm that thrives on helping others. You will have demonstrated end to end corporate recruitment experience with proven results either within an agency or internal recruitment environment. Specifically, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in talent pooling for effective results in meeting business needs
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and high service orientation
  • Ability to build rapport and influencing skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise
  • Proactive and takes initiative with a quality focus
