This opportunity has become available due to significant growth in the WA market and this role was previously being filled prior by our General Manager. You will join a fresh business with a new approach and have the ability to work hard, prove yourself and continue to build your career as you grow your team and your business remit. 

The primary objective of the Branch Manager is to provide both leadership and sales focused management support to your team. In doing so, you and your team will achieve the highest level of sales growth and client service possible. As a Branch Manager you are responsible and accountable for the results, staffing and productivity of the Business. 

Your initial key deliverables for success:

• Stabilise and continue to grow a business that has gone through tremendous growth and introduce a consistent level of quality and compliance across your branch

• Structure the business development direction of your branch and continue to maximise opportunities

• Analyse the existing operations and make recommendations for the best organisational structure for future growth

• Drive continuous improvements in quality, compliance, and key performance metrics

• Continue to develop the brand into a strong, stable and entrenched businesses in every region

The ideal candidate:

• Must come from a steady and successful recruitment background, having managed a Branch for a medium to large recruitment company is a must

• Must be experienced in delivering a large mobile workforce recruitment solutions versus static 

• Will have demonstrated leadership experience. Proven influential skills and able to communicate with senior executives

• Be renowned for your performance culture leadership and management achievements.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Leading the team of driven individuals to be the best they can be and shaping the Murdock Brand in Perth

• Training & Developing Staff

• Driving and growing placements

• Client and candidate management

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase business levels

• Encouraging & developing a tight team culture

• Recruiting across an existing Desk

• Full P&L responsibilities for the Perth office

• Reporting directly to the Founder and General Manager you will have direct access to strong leadership and mentoring internally & externally.

• Achievement of quarterly/yearly budgets

• Developing key stakeholder and client relationships

• Business development and client acquisition

• Managing operations and developing and supporting your team

• Administration and reporting

We are looking for a confident leader to take control of the Western Australian Business as our General Manager takes control of growth in other areas. 

Salary is very competitive and negotiable based on experience. This opportunity will provide significant growth opportunities with potential opportunities to progress into a National Director for the right person.
