The Opportunity
Our Manufacturing APAC Division is our fastest growing division and is based out of Perth CBD, the division services clients and candidates throughout Australia and APAC on a permanent, fixed term or contract basis. The specialist consultants in this team are leading experts in a range of specific verticals within the building products and automotive industries. They predominantly recruit for the full range of manufacturing-oriented positions, but also assist with identifying commercial support and technical professionals on a national scale. We are now looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to support our existing team and to help continue our expansion plans.
Your duties include but not limited to:
- General recruitment and executive search services for permanent & contract roles
- To become a market section leader, managing a team and helping the firm recruit your team
- Managing the life cycle of role brief to placement
- Business development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects
- Negotiating terms of business with clients
- Obtaining enough vacancies from clients to ensure monthly financial targets are achieved
- Assist in marketing your division’s market reach, skill and experience to service new client to AustCorp including activities on social media, job boards, and industry groups
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- A strong background in recruitment with experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of achievement within a 360-recruitment environment with strong references
- An ethical and honest recruiter that delivers exceptional customer service and is able to secure repeat business from clients
- Open to continuous development and always keen to learn and improve
