Owned by an ASX Listed business. Blackadder Recruitment is a boutique sized agency, experiencing some exciting growth. We provide both contract, temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across a range of industry sectors.

Our Sydney team has successfully built a solid customer base who we have supplied recruitment solutions to for a number of years. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic Recruiter to continue our success, assist with managing current accounts whilst continually maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities......we offer a unique sell!

You will be able to manage your own desk and have the flexibility to manage your time/schedule. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Not afraid to get on the phone to generate client meetings
• Strong business acumen and the ability to acquire new clients
• Network among existing clients
• Recruitment and selection of candidates  
• A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, with the ability to 'hunt' for the right candidate, not wait for them to come to you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in Account management and business development
• A proactive approach to recruitment
• The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small, efficient team
• Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
• A positive attitude 
• Computer and systems savvy
