Drake International is a leading Talent Management and HR services organisation with a global footprint. We have plans to further build our Western Australian market share, and are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to be part of this exciting opportunity.

About the opportunity

The focus of this role is to partner with our clients in meeting their talent acquisition demands by providing quality recruitment services. Vital to the success of this role is the ability to provide a high level of service to both customers and job seekers alike through engaging, sharing knowledge and cementing long term relationships.

Your responsibilities may include but will not be limited to

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing the role to job offer;
• Proactively sourcing talent to successfully attract the highest-quality candidates for our client organisations, utilising a variety of difference channels including internal database searching, online job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals;
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements;
• Manage administration relating to recruitment processes including conducting reference checks as required;
• Ensuring candidates have relevant qualifications, certificates and checks

Essential Experience

• End to end experience in the recruitment process, sales, sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing and feedback;
• Experience in a similar recruitment role or recruitment consultancy with exposure to key growth vertical markets with a strong desire to be the go to person in that particular sector.
• Effective internal stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of influence, emotional intelligence and the ability to manage competing priorities to timed outcomes
• Experience using databases, applicant tracking and human resources systems along with utilisation of job boards and social media.About you
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team as well as autonomously and the ability to establish strong relationships internally & externally;
• Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignments plus the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are critical skills;
• Have a sense of urgency, high levels of service and attention to detail.
