Held in the highest regard globally, this organisation is renowned for the high quality, broad range of services, solutions and products they develop and manufacture.  Critical to the success of their business, the ES&H Advisor/ Business Partner plays a key role further enhancing the safety & risk management culture and working with managers to build their OH&S solutions.

With a strong organisational regard for environment, safety & risk, your focus and objectives will include:

• Building high quality, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels across many sites;

• Developing preventative ES&H strategies;

• Developing and undertaking risk assessments;

• Proactively and continuously improving policies, systems, procedures and strategies;

• Compliance and other reporting;

• Project delivery;

• Educating and consulting to stakeholders across the organisation;

To be successful in this position, you will:

• Be a passionate, personable and consultative ES&H expert;

• Thrive when working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders;

• Be adept at communicating with all levels in an organisation;

• Be experienced at working in a diverse, challenging safety focused organisation (and developing this further);

• Prioritise and multi-task with ease;

• Ideally have relevant tertiary qualifications;
