Trainer and Assessor
We are currently looking for a Trainer & Assessor in Mining Production to train and assess personnel in the required competencies to maintain the effective operation of the Solomon site.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
- WA Class C Driver's Licence
- 2-5 years mining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong planning, organisational & coordination skills
- Competent with a variety of computer packages including MS Office suite
- Knowledge of National Training Competencies and training package development; including Metaliferous
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations - eg. Mine Safety and Inspection, OHS
