We deliver top quality fresh ingredients, in the exact quantities required, with chef-designed easy-to-cook recipes, to thousands of households across the globe. We currently service US, EU, and Australia with three brands - Marley Spoon, Martha & Marley Spoon, and Dinnerly. Marley Spoon simplifies weeknight cooking and helps busy people skip the supermarket.

We are searching for: Junior People Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• HR administrative duties, including but not limited to; recruitment, onboarding, trainings and offboarding
• Development of internal rules and processes
• Planning of internal trainings
• Continuously improve and benchmark any HR related process, including but not limited to; creating contracts, performance management, compensation and benefits
• Engage the local team in our vision of building the best team
• First contact for employees in HR-related topics

Requirements:

• A relevant degree or work experience in Human Resources
• Basic knowledge of Australian Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in managing a team
• Proficient in MS Office and GSuite
• Ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in English
