The HR Advisor will work collaboratively with the HR Team and specific client group/stakeholders within the business to provide HR Support and advice. This will include:
- Advise on Employee relations
- Advise on Industrial relations
- End to end recruitment processes
- On boarding tasks
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Training and Development
- Work Health Safety/OHS
- Strategic HR Projects
Profile
Our client is seeking a well rounded, confident and well developed HR Professional who has had previous HR Advisory experience. Great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organisational and administration skills will be needed. This candidate will also need to have the ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously.
