Reporting to the General Manager of HR, this newly created role will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
The key responsibilities will include
- End to end recruitment across all areas of the business
- Partnering with stakeholders on their resourcing and workforce planning needs
- Preparation of employee contracts
- Developing an employee induction plan and inducting new employees into the company
- Maintaining and updating training records
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Partner with stakeholders in the business to provide sound advice and employee relations issues
- Coordinate the implementation of the annual Performance Review Process
- Assist in the implementation of the Remuneration Review process
- Identify area for process improvement and make recommendation
- Other key HR projects
This role will ideally suit an experienced PC/HR Business Partner seeking new challenges in a corporate environment. You will work across the entire business and will need to be flexible and agile. Your ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels is paramount to success.
