Practice Lead – Digital Marketing
Take the reins of an established Digital Practice for a specialist Digital and Technology agency inheriting a high performing team. This is a chance to join an established, results driven, boutique agency who have built their brand of the back of their success in the Digital space. Their mandate is to work with the most exciting / innovative brands in the market including Atlassian, WooliesX, Sports Bet, The Iconic and many more.
This is a business that prides itself on investing in their staff including external business coaches, brand new offices in Sydney’s CBD and a dedicated L&D budget for each consultant. Given their growth plans; they are looking for a senior consultant to step into a managerial role.
Team Digital
We are looking for an experienced IT or Digital consultant ideally with some previous management experience to inherit a team of three across all things Digital. You will personally inherit one of the most established desks in the business (Digital Marketing) and inherit their most profitable PSA client – one of Australia’s largest employers.
This desk has previously billed $750K+ and requires a consultant who still enjoys being 360 in a lead from the front position, as well as, providing day to day management and training to the team. There are large financial ties attached to this desk and team with an option to become more “hands off” as your team grows.
