• Research potential venues to meet hiring requirements, select appropriate channels and hiring methods 

·         Ensure the most efficient source mix is applied to get best results from quality, time and cost perspective

·         Interact with hiring managers to understand job requirements

·         Source candidates, cooperate with central sourcing team and recruitment agencies

·         Manage interview process from CV screening to offer stage

·         Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, employer events

·         Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

·         Ensure process compliance within the guidelines, policies, and norms

·         Update systems, ensure accurate tracking of candidates, deliver reports

·         Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness

·         Follow new trends, tools and hiring methods

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of previous proven experience in recruitment

·  Familiarity with traditional and modern recruitment methods, tools and techniques

·  Knowledge of competency-based interviewing is a must

·  Experience with high volume hiring and language hiring is preferred

·  Orientation on delivering results

·  Great communication and negotiation skills

·  Experience from the corporate environment can be handy
