Business Services Officer - HR
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Business Services Officer to join a market leader in the HR Department. Based in an inner west suburb close to the CBD, this position will undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities contributing to the efficient operation of the HR Department.
Initially this role will commence as a full time role with the opportunity for permanency subject to work performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative support to HR, recruitment, HR Systems and Payroll Teams as required
- Ensuring accurate bookings, ordering and payment of goods and services
- Ensuring accurate record keeping accurate and timely input and production of reports
- Contributing to the production of accurate documentation process manuals for HR process
Skills and Experience:
- Strong Customer Service and communication
- Attention to detail
- Planning, organisational/coordinating and time management
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of operating designated IT software, MS Office suite & SAP
- Current drivers licence
