The Role:
We are seeking a real LinkedIn whiz who enjoys researching technical skill sets, creating long/short lists and talent pools. Experience with an ATS is something you will no doubt also have and we use, and love, JobAdder. Experience of coordinating job postings across multiple channels will be highly regarded.
You will be working with two Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners who will guide you on role prioritisation, search criteria etc. in a collaborative and fun environment.

You will need to be detail oriented and happy to get stuck in as we have some busy times ahead.

You will definitely require a working knowledge of IT recruitment, an interest in technology hiring and if you have an understanding of ERP and SaaS then that would be fantastic.

The Details: 
You will be based from our office at North Sydney, which is a short walk from the station. We are very happy to be as flexible as possible around work hours, may be a 3 or 4 day week? Or 5 short days to fit school hours? For the right person we will be happy to discuss your needs, at this point we cannot support working from home as we feel that you need to be in amongst the daily activities, but longer term this may be an option for part of the week. Initially this role will be a 3 to 6 month contract, possibility of going perm and we are happy to consider someone on a working holiday visa.
