Requirements of the role
- Nurture strong and long-lasting relationships that help to build "candidate communities".
- Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist.
- Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market.
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks.
- Attend Client site visits and coordinate on-site candidate inductions.
- Place adverts for positions such as: Electricians, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, etc.
- Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Blue Collar Labour Hire experience is a preference
