The Opportunity
Due to significant growth, our client has an exceptional opportunity for a highly driven professional with experience in sales or business development related roles (ideally recruitment or labour hire sales). In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Building relationships in the local community
- Networking and developing client relationships
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Supporting job seekers to acquire new skills and to find and maintain a job
- Developing innovative solutions and driving new initiatives
Skills and Experience
- Experience in sales or business development roles (ideally recruitment or labour hire sales)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Positive team-player and ability to work autonomously
- Reverse marketing experience and/or capability
- Established network of relationships with employers
- Ability to speak Arabic and/or other languages
Benefits and Rewards
- $70K to $80K + Super + Commission
