Key responsibilities include, but not limited to –

• Continually identify new business and permanent recruitment opportunities.
• Develop existing client relationships via regular contact and qualification
• Initiate successful candidate recruitment initiatives and practices to match client needs.
• Generating a high-quality talent portfolio and developing a strong candidate network and database.
• Proactively network to build market and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills
• Consultative approach to client and candidate engagement
• PC literacy - Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Outstanding influencing and persuasion skills
• Professional and articulate
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn and adapt to changing market.
• Creative and targeted recruitment approach
• Ability to focus on and achieve targets within key deadlines.

Previous recruitment experience, ideally gained from a nursing, or healthcare related environment will be highly regarded, as would a proven track record in business development and relationship management experience gained from within a sales/commercial environment.
