What will you do?
The primary objective of the Bunbury Branch Manager is to provide both leadership and sales focused management support to your team. In doing so, you and your team will achieve the highest level of sales growth and client service possible. Branch Managers are responsible and accountable for the results, staffing and productivity of the Business. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to;
- Leading the Business Centre team of Recruiters and Business Development Managers
- Identify and develop potential and existing clients
- Increase sales and profitability
- Perform face to face and over the phones sales calls
- Setting and achieving budgets and targets
What do you need?
If you thrive on generating new sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment and can provide the following knowledge and skills, we want to hear from you.
- Experience in the labour hire/recruitment industry or industrial/mining background preferable
- Ability to lead a team by example
- Demonstrable business development, people management and sales experience
- Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in implementing strategies for revenue and growth
