Opportunity 

• Expand the business in professional services and technical lines of business
• Develop new business to grow a strong portfolio of clients 
• Work in an agile (fast-paced) operations style (daily scrums)
• Manage contractor pipelines in project/program services and delivery
• Headhunt high performing passive talent to engage them in nurture cycles with our brands 
• Support team in delivering roles in your portfolio 
• Contribute to business growth, process improvement, culture, and design benefits packages for team 

You

• Self-driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong problem solving ability
• Preferably completed university degree
• From a customer service or sales background (0-1 Years Experience) OR has had start-up/university society experience
• Wants the opportunity to fast-track their learning and career progression
• Have a sense of humour and bring a sense of fun to work
