In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our high volume recruitment with enabling sourcing activities, facilitating assessment centres, and managing the process end to end. You will also partner with stakeholders working across a diverse portfolio of operational roles.

The Role:
- End to end recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, and delivering quality selection outcomes
- Providing recruitment support and direction to our management team
- Working as part of a team to develop an appropriate recruitment strategy and optimum recruitment processes
- Promoting the Datacom brand to the market as a great place to work and engaging in initiatives to improve our brand awareness in order to engage passive talent
- Managing the on-boarding process including the creation of letters of offer, employment agreements and other contractual new-starter documentation for successful applicants
- Occasionally, some interstate travel may be required.
About You:
- End to end recruitment experience, either agency or internal is essential
- High volume recruitment experience is desirable
- High level of organisation & time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous client or stakeholder relationship experience
