I have a rare and exciting opportunity to join this recruitment specialist market leader in Sydney CBD as a Senior Resourcer. This position sits in a small but collaborative and down to earth team, but true high achievers. Working alongside the biggest billing Account Director, you will work as the dream team to fill very specific roles. 

Day to day you will be doing:

• Building and growing your network of specialist talent to maintain a quality rich candidate pool
• Working to specific job briefs to fill specific roles within project services 
• Understanding the demands of projects and maintaining contact with senior clients to set expectations 
• Use existing database to search for talent
• Stakeholder management 
• Presenting CVs to clients 
• Writing ads, interviewing and placing candidates 

With your extensive recruitment/resourcing experience you are confident in your ability to have a quick turnaround. You understand the demands and pressures of projects, and also understand the various types of people and positions that go into these. You are comfortable speaking with senior clients and totally think outside the square in terms of looking at and building talent pools.
